Heavy Ruffle Pattern~
1st Row - 2 SC in each hole, SS to join
2nd Row - Chain 3, (This counts as 1st DC), 2 DC in the same stitch. *3 DC in each space**, Repeat around. (Expect a lot of rippling), SS to join.
3rd Row - CH 2, 1 SC in each space, SS to join. Finish off.
